5. Specific requirements
1.Online participants enter the live channel 5 minutes in advance, sub-venue participants enter the designated place 10 minutes in advance, and main venue participants enter and sit 15 minutes in advance. After entering, please mute or turn off your mobile phone。
2.All on-site attendees (including graduate representatives and parents representatives) are required to attend. If you need to ask for leave under special circumstances, each department should submit the list of applicants and reasons to the Student Affairs Office before June 15 (Contact: Lu Yan, 86338045).。
3.Graduates are invited to attend on behalf of the graduation dress, and teachers are invited to attend in formal dress (male teachers wear white shirt, tie, and black pants;Female faculty in white shirt, black skirt)。
